Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the XION8 platform ("the Service"), operated by Next Orion LLC.
1. 30-Day Free Trial
Every XION8 subscription begins with a 30-day free trial. The trial gives you full, no-cost access to evaluate the Service before any charge occurs. We encourage you to use the trial period to determine whether XION8 is right for your organization.
2. No Refunds After Billing Begins
Because of the 30-day free trial, we do not offer refunds on subscription charges. When the trial ends and your subscription begins, charges for each billing period are non-refundable.
3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- Future billing stops.
- Your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
- You are not charged again after cancellation.
To avoid being charged after the trial, cancel before the 30-day trial period ends.
4. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
